Wow,  I told a customer that I just returned from a window cleaning convention in Washington DC and his response was: They have those?  What an event!   I got to meet like minded professionals from all around.  There were people from Austriala, Canada, England and of course all over the USA.  Lots of vendors and classes to share ideas.  Now I am trying to implement them all while running a small business.
